- AGREEMENT OF TAX COLLECTION SERVICES: Discuss, Consider and Take Action on Resolution authorizing Linebarger Goggan Blair and Sampson, LLP (“Linebarger) collection of delinquent property taxes.
- ACTION APPROVING CONTRACT: Discuss, Consider and Take Action Section 33.07, 33.08, and 33.11 of the Texas Code.
- PUBLIC DISCUSSION: Citizens may participate and direct any comments to Council at this time.
