- ADOPTION OF CITY OF COTTONWOOD PROPERTY TAX RATE: Discussion, consideration, and possible action to approve and adopt the City of Cottonwood property tax rate by Resolution or Ordinance, as applicable.
- MUNICIPAL WEBSITE MIGRATION PROPOSAL: Discussion, consideration, and possible action regarding migration of the City of Cottonwood website from its current third-party WordPress/Elementor hosting arrangement to a municipal website platform, including review of the Website Migration Proposal — Brief for Council Review.
- MUNICIPAL WEBSITE RFP REQUIREMENTS: Discussion, consideration, and possible action regarding the Municipal Website RFP Requirements Checklist, including costs. identification of required website features, hosting, security, accessibility, records management, support, ownership and portability of City data and content, and other requirements to be included in a request for proposals or solicitation for municipal website services.
- KAUFMAN COUNTY INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT — ETJ AUTHORITY / LAND USE AGREEMENT: Discussion, consideration, and possible action regarding a proposed Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between the City of Cottonwood and Kaufman County concerning Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (ETJ) authority and land-use responsibilities, including review of the proposed agreement and authorization of appropriate City officials to execute the agreement, if approved.
- PUBLIC DISCUSSION: Citizens wishing to address the City Council may speak during the public comment portion of the meeting in accordance with applicable City procedures and the Texas Open Meetings Act.
